Gabriel Bonacci
Mr. Bonacci primarily practices in the areas of business, commercial, and civil litigation, including business law, contract disputes, construction defects, insurance coverage, bad faith, negligence defense, and products and premises liability, as well as handling appeals to Texas state appellate courts. Mr. Bonacci has experience handling administrative matters before the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Workforce Commission, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, he has experience in assisting start-ups and small to medium companies in entity formation, and regularly advises clients on contractual and general business issues. Furthermore, Mr. Bonacci is a frequent speaker and has presented numerous seminars concerning entity formation, insurance claims handling procedures, construction law, construction defects, and insurance law matters.
Mr. Bonacci received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications in 1992 from The American University in Washington, D.C., and received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Bonacci was born in San Jose, California, and is a 1987 graduate of St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas. He resides with his wife and their two daughters.
