Chris Kronzer
Mr. Kronzer is a third generation attorney who received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas, Mr. Kronzer was a member of the Varsity Trial Advocacy Program and Mentor Program. As an advocate, Mr. Kronzer received several moot court competitions awards, including the Best Brief Award in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Mr. Kronzer was also the recipient of the Scribes Award, presented annually by the American Society of Legal Writers for the nation's best brief. Mr. Kronzer received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball team.
Mr. Kronzer focuses his practice on the defense of commercial claims. His commercial litigation experience includes cases involving breach of contract, fraud, tortuous interference and breach of warranty. He has both defended and asserted these claims on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining Counts & Bonacci LLP, Mr. Kronzer focused his practice on appellate law.
Mr. Kronzer is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Texas Bar Association of Young Lawyers and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Kronzer also donates his time to Little League of America.
