Mr. Taylor is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Texas Labor and Employment Law Section, the Texas Real Estate, Probate, & Trust Law Section, the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, and Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA). His practice focuses on employment and civil litigation.

Mr. Taylor is a former Human Resources professional for a Fortune 500 company and has extensive experience in employee relations, compensation, training, recruiting and hiring, terminations, reductions in force planning, as well as other HR duties. In addition, Mr. Taylor has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). His work experience and legal training allow him to provide the firm's clientele with practical and concise advice on employment law and litigation issues. Whether the client is defending sexual harassment, retaliation, or discrimination claims or simply needs a review of their HR policies and procedures, Mr. Taylor's combination of legal knowledge and human resource experience make him an invaluable asset.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of South Texas College of Law, a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society, a member of the STCL varsity advocate program and an intramural mural mock trial champion. Prior to law school, Mr. Taylor attended Texas A&M University where he was awarded a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Distribution.

Mr. Taylor resides in Kingwood, Texas with his wife and their two sons.
